Returns:

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrived broken or defective, please email us at sipsnscents@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo so we can make it right fast and fuss-free.
